Since 2003, SAT Math 750-800 scores up 32%, while Critical Reading unchanged.

This table compiles the number of SAT test takers with high scores on the SAT subsections in recent years.  The most interesting finding is the increase in high (750-800) Math scores, 32.9% since 2003, while the number of high CR scores is virtually unchanged.
